Premiere Recovery Center is dedicated to helping individuals suffering from substance abuse and co-occurring disorders with healing, strength, dignity and hope.
Premiere Recovery Center was built on the passion for helping those who suffer with Substance Abuse and Co-Occurring Disorders in an environment that promotes healing, strength, dignity and hope.
Our goal was—and is—simple: provide the tools and treatments our patients need to heal.
Our values are expressed in our custom-built facility in beautiful Clackamas, Oregon that is both intimate and spacious. Our location is discreet and quiet. The luxurious setting at Premiere Recovery Center is an intentional piece of the treatment environment as it promotes serenity, calm and insight. Furthering our devotion to the healing path, we also offer our patients optional housing in one of two private homes, a men’s and a women’s, tucked into nearby upscale neighborhoods Pleasant Valley and Happy Valley. These luxurious homes are filled with comfort, quiet, and space.

The curriculum and staff training are based in evidenced-based, holistic practices to ensure best outcomes and individualized care in treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. We employ a variety of treatment modalities. These range from traditional talking therapies that help reshape the brain into healthier thinking and behavioral patterns to yoga and sound baths that help move stagnant energy in the body, making the practitioner feel more vibrant. Each individual’s treatment program is tailored to that individual’s specific and unique needs, and each individual’s progress is closely overseen by our collective staff.
Premiere Recovery Center has an intensive referral network with quality partners which allows us to find the perfect treatment fit for anyone suffering from addiction or co-occurring disorders. All patients undergo extensive assessment to place them in the best position possible to succeed. Placing people in a level of care that best suits their needs is of the highest priority. Highest quality service means meeting people where they are at in their recovery journey. Premiere Recovery Center is dedicated to individualized care.
Premiere Recovery Center was founded in 2023 by Troy McChesney and Todd Flynn who have decades of combined experience in addiction medicine and mental healthcare.
